MAC Rose

Founder, HEad stylist

Mac began her luxury fashion career on the Upper East Side of New York in 2018. There she worked with unique and hand-crafted pieces imported from all over the world while helping to style celebrities and other high-profile clients. This is where her love and keen eye for independent style began.

During the challenges of COVID, she took a bold leap and launched her own styling company, bringing her vision of accessible, tailored, and personal style to life. She has now worked with hundreds of clients in over 15 different countries, both virtually and traveling for in-person styling sessions.

Currently based between Copenhagen and New York, Mac’s take on style combines the community, functionality, and comfort of her Southern upbringing with the expressive and highly individualistic flair of New York & Copenhagen’s fashion scene.

With a passion for sustainable fashion and the politics of style, Mac continues to redefine what it means to look and feel your best, one outfit at a time.

Mads is our NYC-based tailor stationed at our studio in Williamsburg. All New York clients get a referral to Mads, while New York full-wardrobe clients get an in-person tailoring session with both of us present. Mads has worked in Asia, Europe, the UK, and the States, fine-tuning their eye for fit and design. They are also the tech pack developer for our clothing line, FIBONACCI.

Ariana began her career in fashion as an assistant, running to TJ Maxx locations up and down Manhattan to style jewelry for her boss’ designer looks at runway shows. Trained in Mac’s signature styling philosophy, she works with clients to build a wardrobe of outfits that excite them and clothes they love. As one of the core team members, Ariana helps keep things running smoothly at Phika Styling Co.

Tatiana

Photographer

Tatiana is Phika’s in-house photographer and co-founder of Studio Pipa, working across portraiture, events, and editorial imagery. Her approach is observational and people-focused, capturing natural moments with a strong sense of place and atmosphere.

Nick is a master’s student in Service System Design at Aalborg University in Copenhagen. Interested in anthropology, human-centered design, and fashion, his skills include web design, systems design, brand strategy, UX, and research.
